Finally, there is a ladder safety device that protects the craftsman from bad accidents with the ladder and at the same time makes the boss doubly happy. On the one hand, the boss can protect his employee and thus protect himself from potential recourse claims from his respective professional association. On the other hand, there is no need for a second employee to secure the colleague on the ladder, so that these freed-up resources can be used to fulfill more customer orders and thus generate more sales as a craft company.
