With the LeiKoSi, inventor and master roofer Udo Heyl won the 2019 Federal Prize for Outstanding Innovative Achievement
Our LeiKoSi ladder head safety device has been awarded the 2019 Federal Prize for outstanding innovative achievements for the skilled trades! The award was presented during the International Crafts Fair in Munich, which took place from March 13 to 17, 2019, and was of course the highlight of the fair for our team.
But the price is ultimately the result of hard work. The result was a great product innovation that brings about real, tangible added value. A product that ensures the safeguarding of the highest good – our health – and, in connection with this, the protection of our lives, is of outstanding value to all of us. At the same time, we are proud that our product has received such recognition, because it is a special honor for us to have received appreciation in the form of the Federal Prize for Craftsmanship. We were awarded the Federal Prize by State Secretary Christian Hirte (MdB), representing the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Energy.
In addition, our appearance at the Handwerksmesse was a great opportunity to present our innovative product. We were able to present our product specifically to craftsmen and show them how they can protect their employees with LeiKoSi and even generate more sales at the same time. The entrepreneur therefore benefits twice. He ensures the protection of his employees and at the same time he can save one employee to secure the ladder, who can devote himself to other, more productive work.
